Had to remodel whole kitchen after water damage. After getting estimates from 2 other local companies, I found that Costco had a cabinet company, Tuscan Hills. They were outstanding from beginning to end. Pricing was far better than any other cabinet company in our area .and a much better quality / options. We were pretty nervous about doing our own measuring. But the rep, Cynthia walked us through the whole thing. When we received our cabinets, they fit perfect. Customer service, Alejandro, was outstanding. I had a couple of doors that the finish had a flaw on them. Took a picture and they replace them. I have had the cabinets for almost 2 years now and no issues. I am in the process of remodeling our new home and will be using Tuscan hills again. Can’t go wrong. Thank you Tuscan Hills for quality and great customer service.

Great cabinets and design process

I am perplexed by the bad ratings. We had a wonderful experience. The designer spent hours and hours of time with us, not knowing whether we were purchasing or not. Top notch professional advice, design, and customer service. The plan was executed to perfection. The cabinets were shipped with an abundance or protection; we had no dents, scratches, or wrong cabinets and accessories. The detailed cabinet plan was simple and accurate. The installation instructions were clear and allowed me to install myself. Now the cost was more than appropriate to the quality of construction and finish. The cabinets were solid wood, 3/4” frame, dovetail doors, and high end. If I were to do it again, I absolutely would.
